The International Professional Photographers Association was founded in 2012 with a global headquarters in Plymouth, Devon,England. It is a professional, non-profit organization composed of professional photographers, commercial photography agencies, advertising companies, design companies, galleries, designers, etc. It has been a professional photographer for many years. An influential international professional photography accreditation organization.

Since its establishment, the Association has held various forms of professional photography exchanges (competitions) every year around the world, providing a platform for professional photographers and accrediting photographers through competitions.

IPPA qualification is divided into five levels: Licentiate (LIPPA), Associate (AIPPA), Fellow (FIPPA), Excellence (EIPPA) and Tutor (TIPPA) certification.

IPPA qualification is recognized in the world of photography and is an important criterion for measuring the level of professional photographers.

In recent years, professional photographers in the Asia-Pacific region, especially in Greater China, have shown a rapid growth trend. Their level of photography is also impressive. They have also achieved good results in major international competitions. They have asked to join international professional photographers. The association’s wishes are also stronger.

In order to better serve the fast-growing group of professional photographers in Greater China, we moved our global business headquarters to Hong Kong in 2016 and moved our web servers to Hong Kong in 2019 to meet the Asia Pacific and Greater China photographers network. Road communication needs.

In order to meet the needs of professional photographers in Greater China, and for the International Professional Photographers Association to continue to make progress in Greater China in the future, we have decided to open the quotas for membership in Greater China. We will now be the International Professional Photographers Association. The class level and the entry rules are announced. It also authorizes the Hong Kong China Photographer Association to take full responsibility for the preliminary review of membership in Greater China. It should be noted that obtaining qualifications for each level of the Fellowship does not necessarily mean that the Fellowship membership will be obtained at that level. Eventually, the review in the annual review committee will review the submitted materials and decide whether to grant membership. International Professional Photographers Association Fellowship Application Rules

 

The International Professional Photographers Association is divided into LIPPA, AIPPA, FIPPA, EIPPA and TIPPA, who meet the requirements of all levels. You can apply for this level of photography qualification review.

 

Licentiate (LIPPA)

Apply for one of the following conditions to apply for a LIPPA level:

1. Engaged in professional photography for more than three years, and there are winners in the domestic two international and international three major competitions.

2. Those who have participated in competitions or certifications organized by the International Professional Photographers Association, with points above 8 points.

3. Members of the China Photographers Association can be directly promoted to LIPPA level qualifications (submit 20 recent works review).

4. Submit 20 new representative works, together with the application form, the certificate of the award, the photo of the front and back of the ID card, and the photo of the personal standard certificate, and then send it to the designated mailbox.

The certificate is valid for three years. The membership fee is HK$500.

 

Associate (AIPPA)

You can apply for an AIPPA Level Fellow by meeting one of the following conditions:

1. Engaged in professional photography for more than five years, and has three domestic and international five competitions.

2. Those who have participated in competitions or certifications organized by the International Professional Photographers Association, with scores above 10 points.

3. LIPPA-level Fellows can be directly promoted to AIPPA-level Fellowships by virtue of the recent domestic and international competition winners (additional three or more) plus 10 recent works.

4. The Lifelong Member of the China Photographers Association was directly promoted to the AIPPA Level Fellowship (submit 20 recent works review).

5. Submit 20 new representative works, together with the application form, the certificate of the award, the photo of the front and back of the ID card, and the photo of the personal standard certificate, and then send it to the designated mailbox.

The certificate is valid for five years. The membership fee is HK$1000.

 

Fellow (FIPPA)

You can apply for a FIPPA class member if one of the following conditions is met:

1. Engaged in professional photography for more than eight years, and there are winners in the five national and international eight major competitions.

2. Those who have participated in competitions or certifications organized by the International Professional Photographers Association, with points above 15 points.

3, AIPPA level members can be directly promoted to FIPPA level qualifications by the recent domestic and international competition winners (additional more than five) plus 10 recent works.

4. The Chinese Photographers Association certified senior photographers can be directly promoted to FIPPA level qualifications (submit 20 recent works review).

5. Being a judge of the domestic and international photography contests for more than one time can be directly promoted to the FIPPA level.

6. Submit 20 new representative works, together with the application form, the certificate of the award, the photo of the front and back of the ID card, and the photo of the personal standard certificate, and then send it to the designated mailbox.

The certificate is valid for eight years. The membership fee is HK$1500.

 

Excellence (EIPPA)

EIPPA level members can be applied to meet one of the following conditions:

1. Engaged in professional photography for more than ten years, and there are eight domestic and international ten competitions.

2. Those who have participated in competitions or certifications organized by the International Professional Photographers Association, with scores of 20 or above.

3. FIPPA-level Fellows can be directly promoted to EIPPA-level Fellowships by virtue of the recent domestic and international competition winners (additional more than eight) plus 10 recent works.

4. The Chinese Photographers Association certified senior photographer and senior photographer (double certification) can be directly promoted to EIPPA level qualification (submit 20 recent works review).

5. If you have served as a judge of the domestic and international photography contests for more than two times, you can directly be promoted to the EIPPA level.

6. Famous photographers who have made outstanding contributions in the photography industry (recommended by CPA) can be directly promoted to EIPPA level.

7. Submit 20 new representative works, together with the application form, the certificate of the award, the photo of the front and back of the ID card, and the photo of the personal standard certificate, and then send it to the designated mailbox.

The certificate is valid for ten years. The membership fee is HK$2000.

 

Tutor (TIPPA)

Apply for a TIPPA class member if one of the following conditions is met:

1. Engaged in professional photography for more than 15 years, and there are 10 domestic and international 15 competitions.

2. Those who have participated in competitions or certifications organized by the International Professional Photographers Association, with scores of 30 or above.

3. EIPPA-level members can be directly promoted to the TIPPA level by virtue of the winners of the domestic and international competitions (additional new ten or more) plus 10 recent works.

4. The Chinese Photographers Association certified senior photographer and senior photographer (double certification) can be directly promoted to TIPPA level qualification (submit 20 recent works review).

5. Those who have served as judges of domestic and international photography contests for more than three times can be directly promoted to TIPPA level qualifications.

6. Famous photographers who have made outstanding contributions in the photography industry (recommended by CPA) can be directly promoted to TIPPA level qualifications.

7. Submit 20 new representative works, together with the application form, the certificate of the award, the photo of the front and back of the ID card, and the photo of the personal standard certificate, and then send it to the designated mailbox.

The certificate is valid for a lifetime. The membership fee is HK$3000.

 

Honorary Fellow (HonFIPPA)

This honorary name is awarded to the public who plays an active role in promoting the promotion of the China Photographers Association and the International Association of Professional Photographers. It is recommended by two distinguished members or CPA, and is approved by the International Professional Photographers Association. The certificate is valid for a lifetime.

 

Submit a review of the work requirements:

1. The work submitted for review is not less than 3M, not more than 10M.

2. The subject matter submitted for review must be commercial photography content, including but not limited to portraits, wedding dress, weddings, children, architecture, scenery, still life, animals, fashion and other categories.

3, art performance means are not limited, can be black and white or color, allowing moderate and reasonable post-production.

4. The works submitted for review must be works of the same category.

The LIPPA and AIPPA level judges are reviewed by three judges. The FIPPA level, EIPPA level and TIPPA level judges are reviewed by five judges. 1. All those who successfully pass the audit of the qualifications of the International Professional Photographers Association at all levels, that is, enjoy the rights and interests of the members, and also fulfill the obligations of the members. The relevant qualifications of the offenders will be revoked.

2. Anyone who applies for the qualifications of the International Professional Photographers Association at all levels must pay the fee first.

3. During the review, the jury has the right to request the applicant to submit additional information. Regardless of the audit result, all contributions will not be refunded.

4. The submitted works and documents, the Association has the right to be an exhibition, online communication, publishing and printing without prior consent and payment.

5. All those who have successfully passed the examination of the qualifications of the International Professional Photographers Association at all levels have the right to use the English abbreviation after their name.

6. Submitted works must be original, and any works copied or infringing on the copyrights of others will not be accepted and recognized, and no refund will be made.
